Imperial Gallic F Roman Helmet - Becancon

The original Imperial Gallic F Roman Helmet was discovered in an underpass at the ampitheatre of Becancon in France. Made from 18 gauge steel with brass trim and decorations. The interior of the helm is unlined and is blackened. The cheekplates are hinged and the helm has top and side plume holders of brass. No plumes are included. Included is a simple cotton arming cap. 1st century AD.
